2. Be willing to continue to work when you are not making money. It takes time to build up your internet business, you will not make money instantly so you have to be willing to work even when there is no money coming in.

3. Be willing to start even if you have fear. One of the key elements of new marketers is that they become paralyzed as they are researching. The more they realize they don't understand, the more likely it is they don't start. Analysis paralysis is a big problem, you must fight through your uncertainty and just start.

4. Be willing to put your ego aside and ask for help. The conception that being a home-based business is lonely is false. If you are willing to look for help it is available. There is a huge community of fellow home-based business owners willing to share their knowledge as long as you ask.

5. Be willing to sacrifice. Running an internet business will require sacrifice, especially at the beginning. If you are committed and willing to give up some things you will have great success. In the end what you gain will far out way what you had to sacrifice in the beginning.

Far too often people get involved with a home-based internet business, but have no idea if they are willing to do the work and make the sacrifices to achieve success.
